Procedures
 
Admission to K.G.section is on the basis of the age of the children and availability of accommodation in the school. Children within the age of 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 years as on 1st June of the year are eligible for admission to LKG classes. Normally reservation of seats to this class commences from the middle of January every year. Admission to other classes will be considered based on the vacancies existing from time to time and qualifying in the entrance examination.
   
  Fees
 
Fees will be revised every year by the management. If a student fails to remit the fees on or before the last day with fine, he/she will not be given attendance from the next working day onwards. In case he/she fails to remit the prescribed fees on or before the 10th working day after the last date of payment with fine, his/her name will be removed from the roll without notice. If the last day happens to be a holiday, fees will be collected on the next working day. Fees for the whole year can also be paid in a lump, if so desired, at the time of first installment. The fees once paid will not be refunded.

Free education Scheme - 20% of the seats is reserved under different categories of free education for the benefits of students of financially poor background. Candidates seeking admission under this scheme should submit their application in the prescribed form, along with a covering letter to the chairman, SMC.

   
  RULES & REGULATIONS
  School Uniforms
 
It is compulsory for the pupils to wear the school uniform on all working days.
   
  Attendance & Leave
 
Pupils are expected to be punctual in their attendance. A pupil will be eligible to appear for the session ending examination if he/she attains attendance as fixed by the governing body

Leave to a student for absence is granted only on an application in the form attached to the diary addressed to the class teacher by the parent/guardian. The period of leave with reason should be recorded therein.

The name of the student will be removed from the rolls of the school if he/she is absent for 15 continuous working days without sanction of leave.
   
  Working Days
 
KG Classes and Classes from Std I to III will work 190 days, and other Classes will work 220 days in a year.

Working Hours
KG section will work from 9.00am to 2.30pm, LP section (Std 1 - 7) from 9.00am to 3.30pm and other sections from 9.00 am to 3.30 pm with a lunch break from 12.20 pm to 12.55 pm.

Weekend Holidays
(a) K.G. and LP Section:- All Saturdays and Sundays
(b) Other classes :- All Sundays and second Saturdays of the month.

General Holidays
These holidays are given in the calendar for the current academic year. Other holidays will be declared by the management as and when required.




  Instructions to Parents
 
Parents are bound to obey the rules & regulations of the school.
Parents are bound to obey the decisions of the School Managing Committee.
Parents are expected to co - operate for the smooth functioning of the school by enforcing punctuality, discipline in their ward. They are expected to take keen interest in the day to day progress of their children.
The parents can visit their children's teachers on working days and ascertain the progress of their wards, but not during class hours.
Parents should examine their children's progress report and test paper book carefully to ensure that their wards take special interest to study those subjects in which they are weak.
No pupil suffering from any contagious disease should be sent to the school.
The pupils should be taken back from the school in the evening before 4.45 pm sharp.
Unnecessary interference of the parents or guardians to take the children with them out of the school premises during the school hours will not be permitted. On genuine and unavoidable reasons, however, the parents may take their children with prior permission from the Principal / Headmaster.
The Management, Principal and Staff will not be held. Responsible in any way for mishaps, injuries or loss of life that may occur to the student either in the school campus or while being transported by the school buses.
   
  School Managing Committee
 
School Managing Committee, constituted as per CBSE norms, is the authority to take decisions on any matters concerned with the school. The rules & regulations of the school shall be framed, from time to time by the SMC. In case of disputes related to school affairs, the decision of SMC shall be final.
